Write to the journal
Get in touch about an article, a possible collaboration, a source we should explore, or a privacy question.
This link opens your email app. Please send your message from there.
Suggest a correction
Include the article URL, the passage you are concerned about, and a reliable source supporting the correction. Tell us whether the issue concerns a fact, date, translation, attribution or image credit.
For an image or copyright concern, include the image location and details of your ownership or authorisation.
Pitch a story
Tell us the question you want to explore, its place and period, and the evidence available. Archaeology, history, geography and the connections between them are at the heart of the journal.
Please send a short outline first. Do not include confidential documents, passwords, payment details or precise locations of vulnerable archaeological finds.
Before you write
Read our editorial and source policy for our approach to evidence and corrections, and our privacy policy for how information is handled. Sending a suggestion does not guarantee publication or a response within a particular time.
